Of course Brian doesn’t have the tape, duh! Hmm…Let me think a bout this for a sec… 39 appointments at $300 a pop in one week. That’s over $10K. Hell, I’m changing my profession. Ok, so at $300 a pop, why wouldn’t Brian keep a backup of the tapes at least for month or so? What if his clients came back and said they lost their video and wanted another copy. I would think for $300 you’d get some sort of guarantee.

heh.. I don’t know, I guess there was a probably a confidentiality agreement. Meaning, no copies, no backups — Dammit! I don’t know what to believe! …grrr!
