Someone recently asked how they can put the photo widget used on this site on their own page elsewhere. Call me a manwhore but I’m about to give it all to you! So here it is, take it while I’m feeling generous.All the recent photos that have been published here at LikaStarr.com in a handy widget that you can put on any site or blog you have admin rights to. Don’t have your own site? That’s cool because you can also place your widget on social sites like Facebook, MySpace, etc.
You can see the widget in action on this blog. It’s in the sidebar on the right. I’ve also put it here in this post so you can get a better idea of how it works, looks and appeals to you and your friends. The widget is self-adjusting or you can preset the size. Check it out below and enjoy the slide show. There are a variety of widgets and photo display styles for this blog at Wowzio. You can go directly to the widget page and customize them there and generate your own code. When you select a widget to customize you’ll be asked for login info, just skip this step and you’ll be taken to the page where you can do your customizations or get the preset code.
