New York Post & Page Six are reporting yet another pow wow between the “A Chorus Line” stars, Mario Lopez and Nick Adams.
It started last month on the set of A Chorus Line with Mario refusing to wear his original long-sleeve tan pullover as Zach’s character was known for. Instead he wore a short-sleeve brown t-shirt reportedly to show off his muscles. But it didn’t stop there. Lopez, according to Page Six, demanded that his muscle-hunk dancing mate wear a baggy hooded pullover while they were in scenes dancing side by side.
Fast forward a few weeks later to the present and the New York Post is back again to say Mario’s rival was offered an underwear contract with 2(x)ist. Mario Lopez was originally the first choice of the underwear giant but then they set their eyes on Nick Adams who is a younger, upcoming star. It’s reported that when Adams walked in the decision was made and final approval granted by the company’s creative director.
“Nick’s very masculine, sexy, modern. It’s totally all about his body. Mario is a good-looking guy, but Nick had it. He’s up and coming, the new face of sexy. He’s original. He’s hot.” Jason Scarlatti, 2(x)ist Creative Director.

I don’t know how much there really is to all this rivalry stuff. I’ve got a feeling, like with most things, there’s more to the reasoning behind what’s actually being said. Maybe Mario Lopez was promised to be spot-lighted in A Chorus Line and just felt he wasn’t getting it. It probably wasn’t anything personal.
The underwear thing is just ridiculous . Sure it’d be great for Lopez but come on, I think he’s past that. Not to do with age or anything. But in my opinion he’s a lot more than an underwear model and should be a whole lot more than he is right now anyway. Although, in the few years he has been seen a lot more but nothing really mainstream with the exception of Dancing with the Stars.
In my opinion Mario Lopez is better suited for outdoors stuff instead of the roles/host jobs he’s gotten of late. In any case, if I had to pick a winner between these two it would be Mario hands down — Those dimples get me every time. Here is one of my favorite photo sets of this fabulous hunk.

I have never found Mario Lopez attractive in the least, and if you take a look at the pic of the backs of mario and nick side by side, nick’s back is MUCH wider and broader than mario’s. sorry, but for me its ALL ABOUT NICK! he’s hotter, got a better build, and he’s a brunette with BLUE EYES! you CANT beat that! lol!
